Pittendrum was built in 1734 on the foundations of an earlier medieval castle. The house sits just outside Sandhaven, a couple of miles from the fishing port of Fraserburgh. There is private parking for several cars in the grounds to the side of the house. Pittendrum has 5 bedrooms, a large drawing room with views out to the Fraserburgh Bay, a large formal dining room, large kitchen with huge farmhouse table, a downstairs large family bathroom and an additional downstairs shower room, a large utility / boot room.
