Pittendrum House is a large Georgian Laird's house built in 1734. The house has distant views to the sea at Sandhaven and onwards to the light house and Fraserburgh bay.
The house has 5 bedrooms, two large reception rooms, a huge dining kitchen, a large boot room/ utility room, 1 bathroom with shower over and 1 shower room. Both bathrooms and 1 bedroom is on the ground floor. Outside there is a large private driveway and large gardens.
The heating in the cottage is gas central heating throughout.

Pittendrum House is a self catering holiday house and is available for weekly lets throughout the year from Saturday to Saturday. In the low season short breaks are available by arrangement.
